Vicki released her second fiction novel, The Phantom of Valletta, in July of 2010, which is a continuation of the Phantom of the Opera based upon Gaston Leroux's original version. The book is a romantic mystery filled with suspense and love. It has stirred quite a bit of interest on the isle of Malta, due to the setting of The Royal Opera House in Valletta. On August 22, 2010, it was featured in The Sunday Times Malta news as a featured book, with accompanying positive review and author interview.

In addition to her fiction work, Vicki's blog/book, Lessons From the Phantom of the Opera, is a favorite among Phantom fans. The blog, which started in 2008, has over 74,000 hits for 116 countries worldwide. It takes a down-to-earth look at the characters, emotions, and events of the story, examining why it's such a popular literary and stage masterpiece. A second edition in eBook version was released in December of 2010, and a new updated print version is schedule for release in April of 2011.
